Over the years, the Association has organized a series of events such as lectures, excursions and guided tours of museums. The aim was the cultivation of the people that participated and observed these events, and also to inform Kytherians on subjects dealing with history, the environment, literature, folklore and to acquaint them with museums and places where Hellenism (Greek culture) had thrived in the past. The excursions, organized so far by the Association, to places where Hellenism grew and thrived on a grand scale (more specifically, Venice, Egypt, Southern Italy and Sicily) have been lauded as perfect examples of organization and knowledge.
